The short version
LabLens stores all your data on your device. We don't collect anything, send anything to a server, or share anything with anyone. There is no analytics SDK, no crash reporter, no advertising.
Data we don't collect
LabLens does not collect: your name, email, IP address, device identifier, location, usage analytics, crash reports, or any health data. We have no servers and no databases.
Data you create
Lab panels, biomarker values, source PDFs (when you import them), and your interpretation preferences are stored in a local SwiftData database on your iPhone. iCloud sync is disabled in v1; nothing leaves your device unless a future version adds opt-in iCloud sync.
Subscriptions
If you purchase LabLens Premium (annual or lifetime), Apple processes the transaction. Apple may share the purchase with you and your family (if Family Sharing is enabled). LabLens itself does not receive any payment information — only the binary entitled status from StoreKit.
Third-party services
None. LabLens uses no third-party SDKs, no analytics services, no crash reporters, no advertising networks. The app communicates with Apple's StoreKit for purchase verification; that is the only network call LabLens makes.
Children
LabLens is for adults managing their own lab results. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
Changes to this policy
If LabLens ever changes how it handles data, this page will be updated and the change will be called out in the app's release notes before the new version ships.
