Common questions
My PDF didn't parse — what should I do?
LabLens recognizes Quest Diagnostics, LabCorp, MyChart/Epic, and most generic-format thyroid PDFs. If yours isn't recognized: try "Scan paper report" with your camera, or "Enter values manually" instead. Or email a sample (with personal info redacted) to the address below.
How do I scan a paper report?
On the Dashboard, tap "Add panel" → "Scan paper report". Your camera launches with the iOS document scanner; line up each page and tap to capture. LabLens runs on-device OCR (Apple Vision) on the captured images — nothing leaves your phone. You'll get a verify screen where you can correct any low-confidence values before saving.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → LabLens Premium → Cancel. Or, in LabLens, go to Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription.
Lifetime vs annual — which should I pick?
Up to you. Annual is $49/year; Lifetime is $89 once. Lifetime breaks even after ~22 months.
Where is my data stored?
Locally on your iPhone. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Can I export my data?
Yes — open Settings → Export all data (CSV). You get a long-format CSV with every biomarker value across every panel, suitable for import into any spreadsheet or other tracker.
